fRIDAY MORNING SHOP RIDES

This is a spirited road ride leaving from the shop on Friday mornings. Looking to challenge yourself? Looking to ride at a fast pace? This is a co-ed road ride that is generally 20-25 miles long, although some weeks the rides may go longer. The average pace is 18+ mph including sprints and recoveries, but it is a no-drop ride; the group will wait for everyone at designated points and make sure that no one is left behind. This is a great, fast ride to work on speed intervals and practice riding in a peloton/pace line. This ride will push your limits but what doesn’t kill you will make you a stronger rider!

beginner mountain bike rides

Great Bear Recreation Area, Fulton Time: TBD
These co-ed rides are focused on helping riders gain confidence while mountain biking at one of the most beginner-friendly trail systems in our area. They double as rolling skills clinics, where riders can ask questions in a friendly, non-threatening environment. They learn technical skills and techniques so they can practice and improve their mountain biking abilities as they’re riding. The most important focus of the ride is geared toward having fun on your bike in the woods!
